Raised in functional medicine.
Called to serve in it.
Grace grew up in Hood River, Oregon, where functional medicine was not a concept she discovered later in life. It was simply how her family understood health. As the daughter of functional medicine practitioners, she witnessed firsthand how personalized, root-cause care could transform people's health and lives long before she ever studied it formally.
That upbringing led her to study psychology and neuroscience in college, where her academic focus landed on the connection between the mind, the nervous system, and immune health. Through that research, Grace developed a deep appreciation for the body's capacity to heal when given the right conditions and the right support. She learned that what happens in the brain and what happens in the body are rarely separate conversations.
At Life Wellness Lab, Grace supports patients through thoughtful communication and front office care. She understands how much kindness, clarity, and genuine attentiveness matter, especially when people are navigating what can often feel like overwhelming or frightening health challenges. She feels honored to play a role in someone's healing journey and works to make seeking care feel more accessible and less intimidating.
Grace is deeply passionate about functional and naturopathic medicine and is grateful to be part of a team helping patients restore balance and long-term wellness. She will be attending medical school soon, with the goal of one day becoming a functional practitioner herself.
"I know how much courage it takes to reach out when you have not felt heard before. I want every patient's first conversation with us to feel like a genuine beginning, not another dead end."
