I am all about enjoying life and knowing how to get back on track when things get off course. I will help you navigate any celebration. In my 21-day program, women lose on average 10 to 12 lbs, and men tend to lose considerably more. If you have more weight to release or a specific health concern and want deeper support, I recommend the 3-month program.
I would recommend a different protocol tailored to your current goals. Depending on what is happening internally and where you want to go, I might recommend adjusting your protein and healthy fat intake. Every protocol is customized to you.

The most important shift is mindset. Instead of focusing on what you cannot eat, you will start saying "I have so many great food choices" and "I am in control of what I eat." Eating should feel pleasurable. My approach is built on when you eat and what you eat making all the difference. You will feel full, satisfied, and not deprived.
Your body stores well over 50 meals worth of energy. You will not starve. If you feel hungry during the early stages, that simply means your body is currently a sugar burner, meaning it primarily runs on carbohydrates. You will learn how to shift from burning sugar to burning stored fat, how to manage cravings, and how to extend your energy naturally throughout the day.
Your body is designed to switch between two fuel sources: stored glycogen (sugar) and stored fat. This ability to toggle between them is called metabolic flexibility, and it is one of the most powerful tools for long-term health, maintaining your natural weight, and preventing chronic conditions. In my programs, you will learn how to make that switch and keep it working for you.
I give you a very clear roadmap of what to eat and what to avoid. I do not create a strict meal plan because your food preferences are personal. Instead, I have written a straightforward guidebook and will give you clear guidance on when to eat and what to focus on. You eat within your window until you feel full and satisfied.
We look at several factors together: stress, sleep, glucose levels, ketones, fasting hours, and your food log. All of this data gives me what I need to help you move through the plateau. That is exactly why I use a personal tracker so I can see your data and guide you with precision.
Studies show that fasting positively affects nearly every system in the body. It supports weight regulation, sleep quality, digestion, energy, hormonal balance, skin health, mental clarity, gut health, and blood sugar control. Combined with a varied, low-glycemic eating plan, fasting is one of the most effective tools I have found in over 20 years of research for total wellness. It is a practice humans have used for thousands of years to support the body, sharpen the mind, and restore balance.
